Our Service Technicians have over 50 years combined experience working with espresso and coffee
equipment, and have been formally certified to service the brands and models that we represent.
Our Service Technicians are qualified to complete maintenance and repairs on home and commercial
espresso machines, grinders, coffee brewers, hot water towers, and BWT water filtration systems.

those espresso equipment brands and models that we trust. Each model that we stock has been
carefully selected to ensure high-performance, longevity, and repairability. Because we're not
here to sell you a use-it-until-it-breaks kind of machine - we're here to keep you well
caffeinated for years to come!
We service all models of Victoria Arduino, Nuova Simonelli, and Elektra espresso machines and
grinders. For other brands, please contact us to find out if we're equipped to service
your machine.
A few notes on the average serviceable life of espresso equipment: Equipment manufactured
within the last 20 years is typically serviceable, with some exceptions due to parts
availability. If your machine was purchased at our shop it will be serviceable by our company
throughout its lifetime, provided there is adequate parts availability to do so. Old or vintage
machines are usually not worth repairing due to calcium build up and corrosion issues. Please contact us and send us pictures of the used equipment
you’re considering purchasing, especially through an auction – we may be able to prevent you
from purchasing something that’s well beyond its serviceable life.

When it's time for a maintenance or service of your commercial espresso equipment, our team will
be happy to schedule a service call to your location.

Home Service & Maintenance
When it's time for a maintenance or service of your home espresso equipment, you can drop off
your espresso machine and/or grinder to our shop anytime during our hours of operation - no
appointment necessary!
All equipment is serviced on a first-come-first-serve basis, and turnaround time is dependent on
how many machines we have ahead of yours in the queue. Most services are completed within 2
weeks, but often we can complete a service within 5 business days (subject to parts
availability).
