    Barocco's homage to the caffe served in bars across Southern Italy, Forte is a bold, Arabica & Robusta blend with rich crema and tasting notes of dark chocolate, molasses, nut and malt.


    Suitable for espresso, stove top, super-automatic, aeropress, and french press preparation.


    Recipient of the 2022 and 2023 Golden Bean Silver Award, two 2019 Golden Bean Bronze Awards, and three 2022 Golden Bean Bronze Awards.


    Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, molasses, nut, malt

    Beans: 60% Arabica 40% Robusta (direct-trade Brazil, direct-trade Colombia, India)

    Roast: Medium Dark

    Ideal Brew Parameters: 19:42 at 91-93°C for 25-27 seconds (optional 4s pre-infusion)
